Support Requests

In order to place support request please go to the Support Request page and fill the support request form.

The typical response time is several hours although sometimes answering a complex question may take up to 48 hours. We reply every query - if you didn't receive any reply from us in 48 hours, check your antispam filter.

We will not be able to provide technical support if you don't have an active support and upgrade license, however we welcome your suggestions and bug reports.
