Search Patterns

This dialog lets you specify a text or a binary search pattern for the Multi-Search or the Pattern Coloring dialog.

Select the pattern type in the drop-down list and enter the pattern data. When entering binary data, separate elements with spaces and/or commas.

When entering an ANSI or a UNICODE string, use escape sequences to enter non-printable characters. Note however that the zero character is not allowed in strings because zero is interpreted as the string terminator.

The Background Color selector specifies the color to by used to display the pattern data in the main edit window and in the Found Pane.
