Edit Selected

The Edit / Edit Selected As command edits the selected data as a typed value. It is very similar to the Edit Data Field command; you can use this command when you need to edit the data as a typed value, but don't want to define a data field.

In order to edit a typed value select 1, 2, 4, 8, or 16 bytes, then select the Edit Selected As from the right-click menu or from the main Edit menu. Select the desired data interpretation and enter a new value.
